The privacy of your information is important to PIPS Education Fund, Inc. (the “Company,” “PEF,” or “we”).  This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you, how we collect it, protect it, process it, share it and use it, and your rights with respect to your personal information.   All defined terms used but not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use.

We may collect and process certain information that can be used to identify you as an individual (“Personal Information”), such as your name, user name, email address, telephone number, home address, or your demographic information (such as your zip code or your age). In addition, whenever you visit or interact with our website (the “Site”), we, as well as third-party service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect and process information about how the Site is accessed and used (“Usage Information”). You should also independently assess the authenticity of any application or site which appears or claims that it is one of our service providers. Please note that we log and use statistical information in the aggregate and we may supply such information to third parties.
